Olinga Taeed

Olinga Taeed is a scholar and entrepreneur specializing in blockchain, social value measurement, and governance. They currently serve as Chair of Arbor Verification Tech (2023–Present), Founding Chief Editor of Frontiers in Blockchain (2018–Present), and hold several other present roles including Efficiency Exchange Executive Editor, Seratio Chairman, MiMeta.Life founder, Asili Coffee Estates Executive Chair, Aiza World Non-Executive Chair, and Bureau of Media, Data and Ideology Chair. They have previously led initiatives and organizations such as EU PROCUREMENT Social Value and Transparency in Supply Chains (Chair, 2015–2022), Rothbadi & Co (Managing Partner, 2018–2023), TimeTraveler AG (Chair, 2018–2020), and the Blockchain Alliance for Good (Founder, 2016–2023). They are also an academic dedicated to social enterprise and governance, having served as Professor in Social Enterprise at the University of Northampton (2011–2018) and Visiting Professor in Blockchain at Birmingham City University (2018–2021). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Fuel and Energy Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Science and Theory from the University of Leeds.
