Joseph Fields Jr

Joseph Fields Jr has extensive experience in community assistance and construction, currently serving as a Rural Housing Specialist at Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. (SERCAP) since November 2013, where the focus is on aiding low to moderate-income families with housing and home repairs. In addition, Joseph Fields Jr has held the position of Water/Wastewater Operator Training Manager, working to enroll individuals in TANF programs to promote self-sufficiency. Prior experience includes a tenure at R. L Price Construction from June 2000 to August 2009. Joseph Fields Jr holds a degree in Water/Wastewater Technology from Virginia Western Community College and completed education at William Fleming High School.
