Germain Deborde

Germain DEBORDE has extensive experience in project management and industrialization, currently serving as Responsable de projet et diversification at Sercel since August 2007, where responsibilities include managing product lifecycle projects and implementing cost reduction strategies. Previously, Germain held roles at Sercel such as Responsable méthodes - industrialisation, overseeing a team of 18 and ensuring data reliability under SAP, and Chef de projet industriel, managing the transfer of a production line from Norway to France. Earlier experience includes positions at Pierre Guerin SAS as Ingénieur production and Ingénieur méthodes, where focus was on enhancing production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Germain holds a degree from Polytech Montpellier, completed from 2000 to 2003.
