Oleg Valishin has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the New Ventures Director at Sercel since January 2007. Previously, Oleg held positions at Sercel including Business Innovation Manager, Product Champion for Downhole Seismic Tools, Business Unit Manager, and Deputy Manager of the Downhole Seismic Tools Business Unit. Prior to joining Sercel, Oleg worked at Schlumberger from 2000 to 2006 as Field Service Manager in Wireline in Usinsk, Russia, and as Field Engineer in various locations including Cameroon, Indonesia, Algeria, and Russia. Oleg holds an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from ENSPM - IFP School, and degrees in General Management and Strategy from ESCP Business School, as well as in Achieving Managerial Excellence from CEDEP (INSEAD campus).
