Alexander Grey is a defense economics and workforce development specialist who currently serves as the University Initiatives Lead for both the Maritime Industrial Base Program and Serco. In these roles, they analyze programs related to maritime industrial base workforce development. Previously, Grey was a Program Manager at the University of Connecticut, overseeing grants for the School of Engineering, and a Research Fellow at the College of the Holy Cross, where they participated in archival research on anti-globalist rhetoric. Grey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Master’s in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's in English Literature from the College of the Holy Cross.
