Andre Heyns

Andre Heyns has extensive experience in air traffic control and operations management, serving as the Head of Operations at Serco since May 2004. Heyns began a career at Sharjah Airport from 2004 to 2010, followed by Al Ain Airport from 2010 to 2013, and then Baghdad Airport from 2013 to present. Additionally, experience at IAL SERCO from February 2004 to 2022 included roles as an air traffic controller and instructor. Prior to that, air traffic control experience was gained at DCA Namibia from January 1994 to March 2004. Andre Heyns completed education at SSS Swakopmund, Namibia.
