Andy Bray is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the SPM PMO Office for Dubai Metro at Serco Middle East since May 2013, Andy previously held the position of Senior Construction Manager (SCM) during the Al Qusais Depot phase of the Dubai Metro Project with JTMJV from March 2009 to March 2013. Prior to that role, Andy managed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations as MEP Manager for Nakheel on the Trump Tower project located at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, from September 2007 to January 2009.
