Angela Baker

Angela Baker, MPH, MSHE, has diverse experience in health and community impact, serving as the Community Impact Director and Blood Pressure Lead for the American Heart Association in Nevada from November 2021 to February 2023. Previous roles include Senior Caregiver for Alzheimer's patients at Home Instead Senior Care and Health Coach at Noom Inc. Additionally, Angela served in the US Navy for over two decades, reaching the rank of Chief Petty Officer with expertise in executive office management and leadership. As an Oral Historian for Veterans' Voices: We're Listening, Angela captured Southern Nevada veterans' stories, ensuring accurate transcriptions and archiving. Currently, Angela works as an Off-Base Transition Training Facilitator for Serco. Angela holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Health Education from Purdue University Global.
