Annabel Hickson

Annabel (Bella) Hickson is a Solution Lead at Serco, specializing in citizen services as well as justice and immigration sectors. Bella previously served as Operations Performance & Service Manager and Control Center Manager for the London Cycle Hire Scheme between 2022 and 2023. Bella’s early career included roles as a Lifeguard and Assistant Waterfront Director at Camps Equinunk and Blue Ridge from 2019 to 2021, where they gained significant responsibility and developed leadership skills. Bella holds a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from Durham University, completed in 2020, and has also acquired A Levels and GCSEs from Oundle School.
