Bill Kanellis is the General Manager at Serco, where they oversee the delivery of customer contact services for a key Federal Government contract. With over 26 years in the Customer Contact Industry, Bill has held several leadership roles including General Manager for Customer Service at Public Transport Victoria and Head of Contact Centres for amaysim and Australian Unity.
