Braulio Cortes

Braulio Cortes is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery and End User Support Services at Serco North America since June 2014. In this role, Braulio oversees End User Field Services, Microsoft 365 (Commercial and Gov Cloud), internal corporate IT teams, and various contract-based IT Service Delivery teams. Previous positions include Collaboration Service Delivery Manager, managing the global Microsoft M365 environment, and Network Operations Manager, leading corporate IT network operations. At CSC from April 2002 to June 2014, Braulio held roles such as Advisor: Emerging Practices and Technology Architect Leader, contributing to IT architecture and operational support. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead LAN Administrator at DynCorp and roles in server support for the Federal Sector. Braulio holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and additional certifications in Information Technology Leadership.
