Bryan Miller

Bryan Miller has extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as Deputy Program Manager for Serco’s FEMA PMO, where responsibilities include overseeing Technical Assistance Contractors in disaster recovery. Previously, Bryan held several key positions in the US Army, including Director of Operations for Plans & Project Requirements and Chief Operating Officer, where management of training, logistics, and resource allocation were crucial. Bryan's military career also includes roles in human resources, intelligence operations, and leadership education, with a strong focus on strategic planning and operational efficiency. Bryan holds a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed further education at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
