Buz Sorce

Buz Sorce is a seasoned Program Manager at Serco North America and has held multiple program management roles at Lockheed Martin Corp., Whitney, Bradley & Brown, and Leidos since 2011. They served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Naval Personnel Command at the Naval Personnel Command from 2002 to 2004. Buz’s military experience includes commanding the USS Cowpens and USS Hopper, as well as leading the NROTC units at the University of Memphis and the University of Mississippi. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and are currently pursuing a Master's in National Security and Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College.
