Chris Babes is currently the Principal Bid Lead for Defence at Serco, a position held since 2022. Previously, Chris worked as a Senior Bid Manager for Integrated Airspace Protection Systems and a Bid Manager for Air Defence & Weapon Systems at Thales from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, Chris served as a Bid Manager at H & J Martin Facilities Management from 2007 to 2016 and as an Account Manager at UGL Limited from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Chris was a Maintenance Officer at Oaklee Housing Association in 2001-2002.
