Chris Dellow

Chris Dellow began their work experience as a Checkout Runner at Sainsbury's from June 2004 to October 2007. Chris then worked at Gateshead Council as a Lagan Developer from November 2007 to September 2011, providing support for a help desk solution. From October 2011 to December 2012, Chris worked as a CRM Author at Home Group, implementing Lagan CRM and building reports. Chris joined Serco in January 2013 as a CRM Developer and Consultant, where they designed and developed CRM modules on the eServices team/platform. In December 2012, Chris also became the Managing Director and Lead Developer at Spruce CX. Most recently, they have been working at Serco as a DevOps Lead since November 2019.

Chris Dellow attended Joseph Swan Technology College, but the specific dates and degree/field of study are not provided. They have obtained several certifications including Thoughtonomy Certified Practitioner from thoughtonomy in 2019, Lagan Business Configurator and Lagan Technical Configurator from KANA in 2012, and Advanced ECDL from BCS.
