Christopher Loo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior finance business partnering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Serco since July 2025, Christopher supports the UK CTO. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Vodafone from September 2013 to July 2025 included the role of Senior Finance Business Partner for the Europe CIO. Additional experience encompasses positions at Panasonic as a Commercial Finance Manager and Finance Business Partner, as well as roles at HP and as a Financial Planning Analyst. Christopher holds a BSc in Accounting For Management from Aston University and has obtained HSK 4 certification in Mandarin from Beijing Language and Culture University, alongside qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
