Dan Senter

Dan Senter serves as the Director of Enterprise Data for Serco in the UK and Europe, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading the development of data capabilities and implementing data strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Data, Analytics & AI Lead at Deloitte, focusing on guiding multinational clients through digital transformations. Dan’s tenure at National Grid spanned multiple positions, including Head of Global Data Governance, where leadership involved enhancing data governance frameworks. Previous roles at Balfour Beatty, Tata Steel in Europe, and Outokumpu provided extensive experience in business intelligence, process improvement, and operational transformation. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering and an MBA, alongside various certifications in management accounting.
