Danielle Lynch is a Technical Business Consultant at Serco, serving since March 2024. Previously, Danielle worked as a Process Engineer at Midrex Technologies, Inc. from July 2022 to March 2024, contributing to the design of the world's first commercial 100% hydrogen direct reduced iron (DRI) plant and gaining expertise in creating P&IDs, PFDs, and design calculations. Prior to that, Danielle was a Team Leader at the United States Military Academy at West Point from June 2021 to December 2021, where research focused on Poly(vinyl alcohol)/MWNT Nanocomposite Fibers for use in supercapacitors. Danielle holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned in May 2022, and a high school diploma from Brussels American School, completed in May 2018.
