Daryl Bentham is currently the Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Serco, a position held since 2024. Previously, Daryl served as Partnership Manager within Serco UK Justice & Immigration Careers from 2022 to 2024 and held the role of Head of Operations at Serco UK from 2020 to 2021. Daryl began their career as a Volunteer Support Worker at City Hearts in 2014.
