Dixon Hicks

Dixon Hicks is an experienced program manager currently overseeing Submarine Industrial Base Support for Serco, managing a diverse team of contractors under the Shipbuilding Acquisition Program Management contract. Since April 2016, Hicks has served as Secretary for the Capitol Chapter of the Naval Submarine League. Previous roles include Director of Submarine Business Development at Sonalysts, Inc., and various leadership positions at Cowan & Associates, focusing on business development, program management for Pentagon contracts, and project leadership in support of naval operations.
