Douglas Nye

Douglas Nye is a certified Project Management Professional and accomplished Operations Manager with over 20 years of direct management experience. Currently serving as Program Director at Serco, they oversee a team of 200 personnel on the DDG 51 Professional and Technical Support Services contract for NAVSEA PMS 400D. Prior to this role, Douglas held various leadership positions in the US Navy and industry, where they demonstrated exceptional skills in contract management, financial planning, and team building. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
