Emily Moore is a seasoned Project and Operations & Maintenance Manager with over 19 years of experience, more than a decade of which was spent in the United Arab Emirates. Currently serving as the General Manager for Palm Monorail at Serco, Emily oversees a team of over 50 while focusing on client engagement and continuous system improvement. Previously, Emily successfully managed high-profile projects for companies such as London Underground and 2Getthere, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver construction and transport initiatives to high customer satisfaction. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London.
