Emma Britton

Emma Britton is a senior communication leader with 25 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, and journalism. They began their career as a journalist at the Daily Mirror from 2001 to 2005, followed by roles in corporate communications at BT and as Deputy Head of Communications and Consultation at Hackney Council. Emma has also served as Corporate Media Communications Manager at Serco and held leadership positions including Head of Internal Communications for the UK Central Government division and the UK & Europe division at Serco. Emma earned a First Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Surrey Institute of Art & Design, University College, from 1998 to 2001, and is a member of the CIPR Inside Committee.
