Eve C. currently serves as the Head of Neurodiversity at Serco since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in inclusion and diversity. Prior roles include serving as an Ambassador for Genius Within CIC from June 2022 to May 2023 and the Inclusion and Diversity Learning Coordinator at British Transport Police from March 2005 to January 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating ethical dilemma workshops and overseeing the Recruit Training Programme. Additionally, Eve held the position of Chair for the BTP branch of the National Police Autism Association from September 2018 to January 2023, focusing on creating and delivering Neurodiversity Awareness Training. Other positions include providing crisis support at Advocacy for All and supervising at The Sanctuary Spa. Currently pursuing a Chartered Management degree in Business Management at the University of Gloucestershire, with an educational background from Woodbridge High School.
