Gary Thorley

MI Analyst

Gary Thorley has a diverse background in customer service and data analysis, beginning a career at Automobile Association Insurance Services from April 1992 to April 1993, where roles included Customer Service Bureau Clerk, Customer Experience Clerk, and I.T. Assistant. Following this, Gary worked at hibu from November 1994 to October 2001, serving as a Customer Services Agent and later as a Workforce Management Analyst. Since November 2014, Gary has been employed as an MI Analyst at Serco. With an educational foundation in Business Studies from Stockport College of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1989, Gary is currently exploring new opportunities as of October/November.
