Gavin Emberton MCIPS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change leadership and business transformation across the justice sector. Currently serving as Change Lead for Electronic Monitoring at Serco, Gavin's previous roles include Consulting Senior Manager at Sopra Steria, where expertise was applied in probation and criminal justice operations. Significant achievements span various organizations, including the development of continuous improvement strategies at Maximus UK and the successful establishment of new operational structures at the Cheshire & Greater Manchester Community Rehabilitation Company. Gavin holds a BSc(Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Bradford and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
