Grazyna Sharman is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in strategic HR management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Serco since August 2014. In this role, Grazyna collaborates with senior leadership to implement effective people management practices and align HR strategies with business objectives. Grazyna has also held key positions such as Lead HR Business Partner for a Covid-19 Testing Services contract, where major HR interventions were executed, and previously led a team of Senior Case Advisors, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective case management. Prior experience includes significant HR roles at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham City Council, along with an international HR position at the International Food Policy Research Institute. Grazyna holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University.
