Hannah Cook

Hannah Cook is an accomplished ERP Portfolio Manager at Serco, overseeing a portfolio of over 60 projects annually and leading a team of nine project managers while maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and partners. With previous experience as a Senior ERP Technical Delivery Manager, Hannah successfully implemented SAP ECC across nine countries in Serco's European division, managed offshore delivery partners, and facilitated significant business change activities. Prior to Serco, Hannah held various roles at Jaguar Land Rover, including Programme Manager for the development of a new feature modeling tool that enhanced efficiency by over 90%, as well as roles focused on business change and product definition. Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with European Studies from the University of Warwick.
