Heath Marcus is a results-driven retired senior military officer with 27 years of executive leadership experience in the US Navy, serving as a Captain/O6. They have expertise in program management, training and education, military intelligence, and personnel administration. As the owner and chief mad scientist of Mad Science of Hampton Roads, they successfully ran a children's education company, generating substantial revenues and overseeing a large team. Currently, Marcus provides training and expertise as a Principal Intelligence Analyst for Serco, supporting military intelligence training initiatives. They hold a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
