Helen Cain

Helen Cain is the Director of Finance Services at Serco, where they oversee the development and delivery of finance services across multiple regions, including the UK, ASPAC, and the Middle East. They have been with Serco since 2005, having previously served as Head of Group Reporting and Group Head of Internal Audit. Helen holds a Master of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Their specialties include finance transformation, finance operating models, shared services, and offshoring.
