James has held key positions at organizations such as the US Army, Royal Dutch Shell, and Hewlett Packard, demonstrating expertise in transformation, risk management, and stakeholder leadership. They have also managed multimillion-pound projects and built effective multicultural teams to facilitate global service transitions.
