Janet Griffith

Janet Griffith is an experienced professional in product management and business consulting, currently serving as a Product Manager at Serco since June 2019. In this role, Janet develops product line goals for direct reports and manages personnel to align with the product line roadmap and client needs. Prior to this, Janet worked as a Senior Consultant at InfoCap Networks LLC, where responsibilities included developing presentations and documenting business requirements for the Document Image & Verification Solution project. Janet's career at Serco began in 2001, where roles included Business Consultant, Business Process Analyst, and Unit Manager, focusing on process improvement and client solutions. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of the Cumberlands.
