Jayne Shipman

Jayne Shipman is currently the Head of Site Acquisition at Serco, where they lead the end-to-end acquisition of larger scale accommodation sites, focusing on delivery and operational readiness. Prior to this role, Jayne served as a Branch Manager at Mistoria Estate Agents from 2021 to 2022. They have extensive experience in property acquisition, having successfully built and led a high-performing team at Property, and previously owned a business at Smooth Moves (Manchester) Limited from 2007 to 2019. Jayne has held a director position at Kayne Property Limited from 2020 to 2021.
