Jeremiah Young

Jeremiah Young is an experienced leader currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Serco, specializing in submarine shipyard support contracts. With a strong background in financial analysis and program management, they have effectively led programs in the U.S. Navy, managing multi-billion dollar budgets and maintenance schedules for attack submarines. Jeremiah holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and has completed the MBA Core Curriculum focused on Project Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Their prior roles include Submarine Maintenance Program Manager and Engineering Instructor at the United States Naval Academy.
