Jim Davis

Jim Davis is a seasoned senior executive leader and human capital strategist with over 34 years of experience in federal mission support, safety, risk management, and program management. They served in various roles, including as a Purchase Card Manager and Manager of Charge Card Oversight at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and as Deputy Assistant Director at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where they managed operations for over 10,000 employees. Most recently, Jim has been a Division Director at FEMA, overseeing six major HR divisions, and is currently a Senior Human Capital Subject Matter Expert at Serco, providing strategic HR consulting to federal and defense sector clients. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
