Joanna Flint

Joanna Flint is an accomplished senior operations, strategy, and transformation leader with over 18 years of international experience. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Serco, Joanna oversees HR support for various transport contracts in the Middle East, managing a diverse workforce of approximately 1,800 employees. Previously, Joanna held key HR roles at Siemens, Sunlight, Rolls Royce, and Carillion, where they led significant HR strategies, managed large teams, and contributed to major business transformations. Joanna holds a B.A. in Management and Organisations (HRM) from Lancaster University and multiple degrees from the University of Warwick, including CIPD and an M.A. in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
