Joe Heil

Joe Heil is a Program Manager at Serco, bringing over 30 years of experience in management and technical roles within the military and civilian sectors. With more than 20 years in program management and systems engineering, Joe has specialized in areas such as AEGIS Foreign Military Sales and Ballistic Missile Defense. Prior to joining Serco, Joe held key positions in the US Navy and other organizations, leading interdisciplinary projects and advancing various defense systems. Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Postgraduate School.
