John Shore is currently the Head of Asset Management at Serco, where they have held various roles since 2011, including Finance Officer and Maritime Support Manager. Prior to this, Shore gained experience as an Administrative Coordinator at Ultraseal SW Ltd and served as an Administration Officer in Finance for the UK Ministry of Defence. Shore participated in the Serco Grow Talent Program, designed for future leadership development. They also studied Contract Management at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2019 and are pursuing A Levels in Economics, Biology, Geography, and General Studies.
