John V. Miller

John V. Miller currently serves as Project & Program Manager at Serco, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, John accumulated over 30 years of experience in the US Navy, including positions such as Senior Enlisted Leader and Instructor at the Center for Surface Combat Systems in Mayport, where responsibilities included managing over 160 personnel and overseeing training for a $212 million infrastructure. Other key roles included Combat Systems Maintenance Manager for various destroyers, where John directed maintenance and operational procedures for AEGIS Combat Systems, and Command Master Chief at the Afloat Training Group, responsible for training and evaluating Navy and Coast Guard ships. John holds education credentials from the University of Phoenix-North Florida Campus and Colegio Bautista de Caguas.
