Katy Milano, PRC, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruitment and project coordination. Currently at Serco since August 2019, Katy has progressed from Senior Recruiter to Lead Recruiter, overseeing full life cycle recruitment efforts and consistently exceeding recruiting goals in the Citizen Services Talent Acquisition Division. Prior experience includes roles at SAIC as a Recruiting and Project Coordinator, and at Olde Towne Pet Resort as a Marketing Manager and Lead Guest Services Supervisor. Katy also gained valuable experience as a Management Analyst Intern at the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board and as an Administrative Assistant Intern at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marymount University.
