Lee Grix is currently the Group Manager for Standards and Compliance at Serco, having previously served as a Fire Station Manager. With experience in various roles within the fire service, Lee worked at the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service from 2012 to 2018, and held the position of Fire Brigade Team Leader at Nawah Energy Company from 2018 to 2019. Lee's career also includes serving as a Station Commander and working with Humberside Fire & Rescue Service between 2009 and 2012. Lee is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Risk, Crisis, and Disaster Management from the University of Leicester, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Fire Services Administration from Columbia Southern University.
