Lee Horne is the Divisional Head of Business Continuity (UK and Europe) at Serco, where they lead a strategic business continuity programme across multiple sectors, including Defence and Health. As a Chartered Manager (CMgr) and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Lee has a comprehensive background in implementing business continuity standards aligned with ISO 22301. They have also developed training programs and scorecards to improve awareness and efficiency at the divisional level. Prior to this, Lee gained substantial experience in various leadership roles at organizations such as JD Sports and United Property Management.
