Libi Mathew

Libi Mathew, MS IT, is a Digital Transformation Director with over 20 years of experience in digital and innovation technology leadership. Libi began their career as a Quality Analyst at Dell, focusing on hardware support and quality metrics. They later held roles such as IT Project Manager and Head of IT at Serco, where Libi managed significant projects like the Dubai Metro ICT System and established IT service frameworks. Currently, Libi is responsible for defining and executing digital strategies at Serco, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and optimize investments. Libi holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University and completed the Oxford Leadership Management program.
