Liz Pham

Liz Pham is currently the Deputy Director for Advisory Services at Serco Public Sector Solutions. They previously held various roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, including Deputy Director in the Consumer Support Group and Senior Analyst in the Insurance Programs Group. Liz has extensive experience in public health and policy, having worked as a Senior Program Analyst at the US Department of Health and Human Services and as a Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate. They earned a Master of Public Health from UCLA and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the same institution.
