Mark Coy has extensive experience in management and service delivery, having held several key roles at Serco since June 2012, including Contract Manager, Operations Support Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Mark Coy contributed to Vertex Data Science as a Service Delivery Manager from June 1999 to April 2015.
