Mark Hockemeier

Mark Hockemeier is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the U.S. Army and the Kansas City Police Department, where they held various leadership roles, including Sergeant and SWAT Team Leader. Currently, as the World Class Opposing Forces (WCOPFOR) Special Operations & Unconventional Warfare Lead at Serco, Mark enhances military training effectiveness through realistic scenario planning. Previously, they served as Director of Special Projects at Mitigation Dynamics, where they managed a workplace violence reduction initiative, training nearly 1,000 healthcare professionals. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from Park University.
