Mark James has over three decades of experience in management and contract roles within various organizations. Mark began a career in business account management at High Temperature Engineering Ltd and continued similar roles at Flight Refuelling Ltd and FR-HiTemp Ltd. Transitioning into contract management, Mark worked as a Contracts Manager at Eaton Aerospace Ltd before serving as a Commercial Manager at Serco Limited from 2008 to 2016. Since May 2016, Mark has held the position of Legal and Contracts Manager at Serco. Mark obtained a degree in Management Studies from the University of Portsmouth between 1993 and 1996.
