Mark Parsons is a Chartered Marine Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Engineering. Currently serving as the Fleet Technical Manager at Serco Marine Services, Mark has been in this role since 2012 and previously held positions as Ship Manager and Chief Engineer at Wightlink from 1999 to 2006, and as Works Manager at Gear Service from 1997 to 1999. Mark holds a Master of Science in Marine Engineering with Distinction from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Maritime Operations Management from Southampton Solent University. Mark also possesses current SC clearance.
