Mark Proctor

Mark Proctor is a PMP-certified Senior Manager at Serco, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Mark served in the US Navy as a Naval Officer from 1985 to 2005, taking on roles such as Surface Warfare Officer, Program Manager, and Community Manager. Following their military career, Mark worked as a Senior Manager at Whitney, Bradley, and Brown, Inc. from 2005 to 2021. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
