Mark Roberts has over two decades of experience in data engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer and Management Information and Analytics Consultant at Serco since July 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at HCL AXON as Managing Consultant from January 2015 to July 2019, focusing on SAP BI, and as a SAP BI Functional/Technical Designer at Electrolux for a brief period in late 2014. Mark's earlier career includes managing consulting roles at HCL AXON and Logica, with expertise in Business Objects Web Intelligence and SAP Business Intelligence technologies. Mark began a career in programming at Codemasters from 1997 to 1999. Mark graduated with a degree in Engineering Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford in 1991.
